About this activity

How to capture movement in photography? How to freeze a fast action?

The management of the exposure time - or shutter speed - of the camera is what will help answer these two questions, and is a key parameter in photography, just like depth of field.
This parameter allows the light to enter the camera for a shorter or longer period of time, which has the effect of causing blur or, alternatively, freezing movement.

Here again, the creative possibilities are vast: blurring or freezing a movement or even obtaining a moving subject, frozen, with a blurred background).

This course will teach you how to :
- UsetheSorTvmode
- Creating threads of moving subjects
- Freezing a moving subject
- Use blurriness to capture movement and make your photos more dynamic.

During this course, which is held by videoconference, small practical exercises are of course planned. In this respect, please make sure that you have your device loaded and equipped with an empty image memory card.

This course lasts between 1h30 and 2h and includes a theoretical explanation and exercises (within the limits of space of the house/apartment).

Possibility to have the class at 10am, 2pm or 6pm. Please message me when you have booked to confirm the timing.

This beginner's course is part of a series of 4 introductory courses for beginners (available by videoconference and face-to-face, in different durations). These courses are offered separately: courses 1, 2, 3 & 4.
